* Putting your fingertips and thumb as close together as possible, ROLL bracelet over fingers to your hand and onto your wrist.
* To remove ROLL backward in the same manner.
* Although we design our bracelets on super strong stretch cord, by nature, anything with elasticity can be unpredictable and no STRETCH BRACELETS ARE INDESTRUCTIBLE. Elastic cord will eventually wear over time which can result in breakage if stretched out too many times. To avoid this, use this method each time putting on and taking off your bracelet.
* Please DO NOT pull, tug or stretch your bracelet up and over your hand. This will most certainly result in a broken bracelet and/or stretched out loose cord

The easiest way to find out what size bracelet you need is to use a tape measure and measure you wrist. If you do not have a flexible tape measure, you can use a piece of paper and then use a ruler or any smart phone app to measure the piece of paper. As always, if you have any questions or need a custom size, please contact me.
